Simple, honest terms. Here is exactly how our setup fees, monthly hosting, domain ownership, and cancellation rules work—zero hidden fine print.

1. How It Works

Our website offer is broken into two simple parts:

  • One-Time Setup Fee: Covers bespoke design, layout buildout, and site launch.
  • Monthly Hosting ($49/mo): Keeps your website online, secure, fast, and backed up daily.
  • No Long-Term Contracts: There is zero monthly commitment. Cancel hosting whenever you want.

2. Setup Fees

Choose the option that fits your situation. Setup fees are paid once before work begins and are non-refundable once design starts.

  • Everything in the $160 package
  • We buy & register 1 domain for you (.com, .net, or .org)

3. Monthly Hosting & Live Site Requirement

$49/month

Websites require cloud server hosting to stay live on the internet. Your $49/month hosting covers:

  • High-speed cloud server hosting
  • SSL security certificate (HTTPS)
  • Automated daily website backups
  • 24/7 uptime & security monitoring
  • Ongoing hosting server support
  • System updates & performance upkeep

What Hosting Does Not Include

Hosting keeps your server connected—it does not include design labor or copy edits. Excluded services include:

  • Writing new copy
  • Redesigning pages
  • Building new pages
  • Graphic / logo design

4. Unpaid Hosting, Deletion & $175 Restoral Fee

Because cloud hosting incurs continuous server costs, hosting invoices must remain paid to stay online. Here is our default timeline:

Days 1–14 Unpaid
Payment Reminders: Your site stays live while automated email reminders are sent.
Day 15 Unpaid
Temporary Pause: Site access is temporarily paused with a holding notice until brought current.
60 Days Unpaid
Site Erased: Unpaid websites are erased from active cloud servers after 60 days.
60–120 Days
Cold Storage Archive: An offline backup of your site is kept in cold storage for up to 120 days.
Day 121+
Permanently Destroyed: After 120 days, offline backups are permanently deleted and unrecoverable.

Mandatory $175 Restoral Fee

If your site is erased at 60 days and you request restoration within the 120-day limit, a non-negotiable $175 Restoral Fee plus any past-due hosting balances must be paid in full to restore and re-publish your site.

5. Delivery & Included Revisions

  • Fast Turnaround: Initial website drafts are delivered in 3 to 5 business days after you submit your copy, photos, and logo.
  • 2 Free Rounds of Edits: You receive 2 full rounds of design revisions during production to refine text, colors, and layout before launch.
  • Post-Launch Changes: Edits requested after your site is approved and published live can be ordered anytime as simple add-ons.

6. Optional Add-Ons Menu

Need extra features later? You can order add-ons anytime à la carte. They are completely optional and never required to keep hosting active.

7. Domain & Content Ownership

  • You Own Your Domain: Your domain name belongs 100% to you from day one.
  • You Own Your Content: You own all custom text, logos, and images provided for your site.
  • Leaving unmatte™: You can move your domain or hosting to another provider at any time. If you require us to package your files or transfer your domain away, a standard $45 Transfer Administrative Fee applies.

8. Payments & Cancellation

  • Automatic Billing: Monthly hosting ($49/mo) recurs automatically on your sign-up date.
  • Cancel Anytime: Cancel your monthly hosting whenever you want with zero cancellation fees or contract penalties.
  • No Refunds: Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins. Hosting payments are non-refundable for active billing periods.
