Growth Partner

This role is for closers. You’ll bring in new clients across unmatte™ services and earn commission on every deal you close. This role is built for independence. You control your schedule, your outreach, and your earning potential. No clocking in, no artificial caps. If you can build relationships and close, this role rewards ambition in real time. This is sales without the ceiling, and the future of how business gets done.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Pitch unmatte™ services to founders, artists, brands, and teams
  • Run your own outreach and pipeline
  • Collaborate with leadership to align deals with the right services
COMPENSATION
  • Commission-only
  • 20% per closed deal (ex: sell a $20k mobile app build? that's $5k for you)
  • No cap, the more you close, the more you earn
BEST FIT IF YOU
  • Are comfortable selling without hand-holding
  • Have experience in sales, partnerships, or client acquisition
  • Understand creative, branding, or marketing at a high level
  • Want income tied directly to performance

Creative Agent

Creative Agents are the bridge between client vision and execution. You guide projects, communicate with clients, and handle light creative updates when needed to keep things moving.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Translate client needs into clear scopes and deliverables
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and internal creatives
  • Make small design updates or content edits when needed
  • Edit templates and assets in Canva for quick client requests
  • Keep projects on-brand, on-time, and aligned
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Basic graphic design understanding
  • Comfortable editing in Canva
  • Able to make small visual or text adjustments without overthinking
COMPENSATION
  • Paid per project or monthly retainer
  • 40% of each client/project (ex: $2,500 monthly client? that's $1,000 each month)

  • Understand branding, strategy, and creative workflows
  • Can communicate clearly with both clients and creatives
  • Are organized, proactive, and resourceful
